Handle Monitor offers a flexible plan structure. The Free Plan allows users to monitor an unlimited number of handles, with availability checks once every 7 days. Users can upgrade individual handles to the Premium Plan, which offers hourly checks at $4.99 per month per handle or $44.99 per year per handle. Notifications of handle availability will be sent to the user via email.p>
Users will be charged on a monthly or yearly basis for the Premium Plan handles they choose to upgrade. The user has the option to cancel the subscription at any time.
Handle Monitor does not offer refunds for any charges incurred for the Premium Plan. The user may cancel their subscription at any time.
Handle Monitor respects the privacy of its users and will not share any personal information with third parties without the user's consent. Our privacy policy can be found on our website and it is in compliance with GDPR or other relevant privacy regulations.
Handle Monitor respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. You may not use any of the information provided by Handle Monitor for any commercial or non-personal purposes without the prior written consent of Handle Monitor.
Handle Monitor is not responsible for any damages that may arise from the use of our service. Handle Monitor is not responsible for any loss of handles if the user is not able to register the handle in time, as we send an immediate email notification when the handle becomes available. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or the use of Handle Monitor's service shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the country in which the company is incorporated.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Handle Monitor is incorporated, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Handle Monitor reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The user will be notified of any changes via email.
