We offer weekly checks for free users and hourly checks for our premium users. If a handle becomes available, we send an instant notification via email for all users and SMS for our premium users.

You simply provide the handle(s) you want to track and your email address. For free users, we check the availability of your chosen handle(s) once a week. For premium users, we monitor the handle(s) every hour. As soon as your desired handle(s) becomes available, we will notify you via email and SMS (for premium users) immediately.

You can upgrade individual handles to the premium plan from your user dashboard after signing up for the free plan. Choose the 'hourly' frequency from the dropdown for the handles you wish to upgrade.

We check handle availability on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch.

The Free plan offers weekly handle availability checks with email notifications. The Premium plan offers hourly checks with instant email and SMS notifications.

We will keep checking the handle at your chosen frequency (weekly for free users, hourly for premium users). As soon as the handle becomes available, we will send you an instant notification.

We will create an account for you on our website, but we won't add the handle for availability checks. The character limit for usernames is set by the respective social media platforms and we cannot override it.

Once you subscribe to the Premium plan, a notification will appear on your dashboard requesting you to add your phone number for SMS notifications. This notification will only appear if you have one or more handles on the Premium plan. Additionally, we will send an email prompting you to add your mobile number.

You can easily change the phone number on your account. In your user dashboard, you'll see the current phone number listed under your email address along with an 'Edit' button. Simply click the 'Edit' button to update your phone number.

Yes, your subscription to the Premium plan is auto-renewing. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard.

As soon as a handle becomes available, we send you an instant notification via email and SMS (for premium users). Please note that we notify you of the availability but do not register the handle on your behalf.

You can cancel your Premium subscription from your dashboard at any time. Once cancelled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

If you cancel your Premium subscription in the middle of your billing cycle, your subscription will remain active until the end of that billing cycle. Afterward, your account will revert back to the Free plan.
